If you receive a defective AeroPACK cargo carrier, call us at 408.318.3598 to describe the problem and obtain a return authorization number. Return the item to us, and include a copy of the invoice, or a note with your name and the reason for the return. Enclose the AeroPACK inside the original or a similar plastic bag to protect it during travel.

AeroPACK comes with a 30-day return policy. If within 30 days of purchase you wish to return the unused AeroPACK, call us at 408.318.3598 to obtain a return authorization number.
Return the item to us, and include a copy of the invoice, or a note with your name and the reason for the return. Enclose the AeroPACK inside the original or a similar plastic bag to protect it during travel.
Once we receive the item in new condition, we will gladly issue a refund as follows:
If you returned the AeroPACK because it didn't fit your car, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
No refunds will be issued for good, unused, returned items postmarked after 30 days from the shipping date.

RETURNS NECESSARY FROM A DELIVERY PROBLEM
UPS is usually accurate in delivering on time, but we cannot guarantee that your package will be delivered by the date promised by UPS. Once the package leaves the factory, the responsibility for the package delivery is between UPS and the customer.
We do provide you with the UPS tracking number so that you can track your package at the UPS website, and so that you can contact UPS in case of a delivery delay or other delivery problem.
