- Does AeroPACK Fit My Vehicle?
AeroPACK fits SUVs, crossovers, sedans, minivans and hatchbacks. Insert the J Hooks into the channel at the top of the lift gate and attach the lower grip clips at the sides of the lift gate.

The AeroPACK fits on the rear lift gate, hatchback or trunk of a wagon, sedan, suv, minivan, crossover or van. The NHSTB recommends that you not block the left & right tail lights, or license plate. It is recommended you have 2 functioning mirrors when using AeroPACK. Be responsible to comply with all federal and local traffic laws.
To choose the size that fits your vehicle, simply measure the width between the tail lights and select the size that fits. If you have problems fitting the AeroPACK carrier to your car, email us a digital photo or call 408 318-4423. If a fit is not possible you will receive a refund of your purchase price, minus a 25% restocking fee. Only attach AeroPACK grip clips to hard points, not glass, plastic, or rubber parts.

- Will AeroPACK affect my cars finish?
| No, but we strongly recommend always using the Aero Pad, a soft, non-slip mesh that will protect the painted surface against potential abrasion caused by vibration and dust during travel.

- What Is The Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy?
| AeroPACK CARRIERS: Once you receive our carrier, you have three weeks to inspect the product and test load it on your vehicle BEFORE you go on a trip.
If for any reason you are not happy with the product call 408 318-4423 or email support@aeropackusa.com for a "Return Authorization" (RA) number and shipping instructions. The RA number MUST be printed large on the outside of the package or the shipment will be refused. Do not ship packages to our mail address. Send the package immediately with your invoice inside. Returns must be authorized within two weeks of purchase and sent back immediately. All sales final after 30 days.
Full refunds, less shipping cost, will be issued only if product is returned in new condition (not used on a trip) and received by AeroPACK Enterprises or respective manufacturer within 21 days of invoice date. After 30 days we can not issue a refund.
NOTICE: Returns outside of this agreement will be refused, returned, or charged a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the order. Once you take our products on a trip they are not returnable. Should there be any problems with materials or workmanship, AeroPACK Enterprise LLC or the manufacturer will exchange or fix the product per the warranty.
No refunds on used (out of package) liners. Other terms and conditions from other manufacturers can apply. Call us if you have any questions before you order. Placing an order with us means you accept our company's and our partner company's terms and conditions.
12 Month Limited Warranty: AeroPACK LLC warrants its cargo carriers to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from invoice date for the original purchaser of the bag. This Limited Warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, punctures, or to damage resulting from abuse, or from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including modification of the original product or failure to follow instructions provided by AeroPACK Enterprises LLC. If any defect in materials or workmanship appears within warranty period, AeroPACK’s sole liability shall be to repair or replace product at AeroPACK's sole option. There are no other warranties, which extend beyond the face hereof. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. AeroPACK Enterprises LLC, Mike Landgraf, or dealers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of AeroPACK. No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
Accessory items are not warranted other than two week satisfaction guarantee. Used equipment can not be returned.
